General Terms
Available to South African residents only.
Proof of residency may be requested; In the instance that residency can not be proven Rack rates will apply
Any changes in travel dates, the available rates for that period will be applicable
Any bookings done on the SA resident rate can be held for 48 hours maximum
Not applicable over Long weekends and seasonal holidays
Subject to a minimum 2-night stay
Rates are per person per night sharing
Rates are inclusive of VAT
Conditions
A 50% single supplement is applicable.
Payment
50% deposit required at time of reservation
Balance payable 30 days prior to arrival
100% payment required if booked within 30 days of travel
Cancellation
50% cancellation applies if cancelled outside 31 days
100% cancellation if cancelled within 30 days of arrival
No cancellation fees if cancelled due to Covid-19 travel restriction Payment
Levies and fees 2022
A fee of R380 per person per day will be an additional charge. The fee covers the following levies:
Community levy
Conservation levy
GMPGR levy
Valid for reservations made to travel within 21 days of enquiry
For bookings traveling beyond 21 days – rates on application

Thornybush Game Lodge and Jackalberry Lodge
Children of all ages are welcome
To qualify for the child rates, children must be accommodated in a family suite. Should suites be unavailable, the per person sharing adult rate will be applicable.
In order to guarantee a game drive for children, a private vehicle should be booked (subject to availability) at an additional cost of R7,500 per day.
Saseka Tented Camp and Simbambili Lodge
Children from 12 years of age are welcome
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult during game drives
Children under 16 years of age are not permitted on bush walks
